Island style Rhythms with an old school flavour, four part harmonies, jungle grooves and and a mighty mighty horn section.

2. First album you purchased?
Aja by Steely Dan

3. First gig you went to?
6 years old… I was playing drums in a talent contest.

4. Favourite song?
At the moment… Phyllis Dillon’s You Wouldn’t Stay Away

5. A compelling reason to come see your gig?
We need the petrol money to get home?…. Its therapy and dancin all in one… we play some classic tunes.

6. Your best track?
That’s like asking who is my favourite child…. At the moment Automatically Man.

7. Your single biggest musical influence?
The island of Jamaica.

8. If you weren’t a musician, what would you be?
A Park Ranger.

9. If you could collaborate with any artist in the world, who would it be?
Stevie Wonder

10. Who are you looking forward to seeing at WOMAD?
Too many to mention… I love walking arounds and soaking it all in.
