JEFF Green seems a little stressed. Originally from the UK, he’s living in Melbourne now, has a family and doesn’t watch television anymore.
One of the toughest things on his agenda is explaining the worlds harsh realities to his 6yr old (appareantly burqa wearing women are ninjas, who knew!) Green shoots some arrows into easy targets – Gina Rinehart, Ricky Nixon, tabloid journalism. He’s energetic, intelligent and engaging but appears a little out of time with rolling the punches.
Satirical observations of the obvious are what Green seems to be good at by the end of the night, unfortunately it all felt a little has been.
