The actors relish in the opportunity to play multiple roles and take every liberty with gross caricatures, even creating some live foley. A hit at the Melbourne Fringe Festival last year, Bullet: a Superhero Comedy is a well-oiled machine of a show.
Director Ben Mcewing welcomes the audience and recommends you start closing your eyes to drop into the world. He isn’t wrong. This story allows you no time to catch up so squeeze those eyes shut and listen hard as the hero Bullet takes on super-villains, rescues damsels in distress and mourns the loss of a loved one.
