So the ever-helpful planning monkeys at Heckler have come up with a WOMAD plan for you. It ensures that you get as much variety as possible and get to see the big names as well as people you’ve never heard of but will definitely fall in love with.

FRIDAY  – 8th

8 PM – 9 PM: Bassekou Kouyaté & Ngoni Ba | Mali | Internode Stage 1

9 PM – 10 PM: Illapu | Chile | Moreton Bay Stage | Optional. You could relax, get a drink and get in a good spot for The Cat Empire and catch Illapu on Sunday.

10 PM – 11:30 PM: The Cat Empire | Australia | Internode Stage 1 | Even if you’ve seen The Cat Empire before, their WOMAD gigs are something else.

11:30 PM – 1 AM: The Herbaliser DJs | UK | Speakers Corner Stage 7 | Chill out, walk around and absorb the atmosphere.

SATURDAY – 9th
