2. On first dates, is there a lot of pressure to be funny?

I am married so I don’t have to worry about this anymore. I can be as dull as I like and Mr Pippa is stuck with me. Result!

3. Why did you become a comedian?

Because it was written in the stars. And I like showing off.

5. What would you like named after you – a planet, stadium, street, city, a comedy festival or something else? And why?

I would like a perfume called “Pippa Spray” because it would be fun in a Kiwi accent.

6. What do you want to be when you grow up?

Steve Carrell’s best friend in the whole world.

7. Funniest youtube video you’ve ever seen?

That little girl crying over Justin Beiber.

8. Why would someone not come to see your show?

Because they were prudish and didn’t like jokes about tits and balls.

9. You’re stranded on a deserted island… If you could teleport any person to be with you, who would it be? And why?

I should say my husband but I will say Bob the Builder because he could make me a house and he never loses his temper. Hopefully it wouldn’t be a tropical island cos he would melt.
