Review – Criolo (Brazil)

Criolo’s newfound style that moves away from his Brazilian hip-hop roots has potential but lacked the intensity that was expected from the crowd. His lyrics were lost in the loud backing music and his guest vocalist on stage. What lacked in stage presence was made up in meaningful lyrics and funky tunes that channelled a reggae vibe. Criolo shows a lot of potential in his new musical ventures.
