As a sixteen-year-old cadet Eric found himself one-hundred feet underwater, with a lungful of stale air and negative buoyancy. This wasn’t how the training exercise was supposed to go, but he might be able to find a way out of it if his instructor would only stop punching him in the stomach.
Tales of the Sea is a genial memoir of life inside a nuclear-powered tin-can, at depths the state-secrets act prevents Eric from revealing. Eric is a keen story-teller, and he furnishes his show with warm, humorous and harrowing anecdotes he has accumulated over his unique career. Well worth checking out if you’re in the mood for some light, informative entertainment, this show is not just for military enthusiasts!
