1. Describe your show Twitter style, 140 characters or less!
It is a Tupperware Party onstage with games and raffles and prizes and audience participation but there is a lot of heart in it too that…
2. Since you’re a comedian, is there a lot of pressure to be funny on a first date?
Not really, because we usually end up drinking so much, we don’t even remember how we met the next day.
3. Speaking of, what’s your ideal date activity?
Sex. Twice.
4. A movie that made you cry?
National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation because it was so sweet when all of the generations got together on Christmas. Oh, and Bambi because the mom got shot. And Titanic because all of those people drowned at the end. And anything with Time Travel.
5. What do you do when you get sad?
Now I eat Tim Tams. I have to make room in my suitcase to take a bunch of them back with me.
6. When and/or why did you decide to become a comedian?
Well, I always made people laugh but I never intended to become a comedian. I just couldn’t dance around a pole at that bar any more back in Alabama because most of the people tip in coins. And quarters hurt when people throw them at you.
7. Favourite comedian?
Joan Rivers makes me laugh every single time. I love Ellen Degeneres. And I have completely fallen for Adam Hills down here in Australia. I also am gaining some new fantastic friends down here as well in the comedy festival and they are all making me laugh and some of them are even making me snort milk through my nose. And that is quite a feat seeing as how I am lactose intolerant.
8. What do you want to be when you grow up?
More flexible than I am now. My jaw opens all the way up, but my leg still only goes about half way.
9. Funniest YouTube clip you’ve seen?
Kermit the Frog and Rolf the Dog reacting to Two Girls, One cup.
10. Which artist/comedian are you looking forward to seeing at the Festival?
David O’Doherty, Mike Wilmot and Mark Thomas… just to name a few.
