I started in RAW Comedy way back in the golden era of 2001. Since then it’s been a love hate relationship with performing. Like a drug I can’t quit I keep coming back, until it ultimately destroys me.
We like to think that our show is inclusive enough to cater for all audiences. Bring your Gran, bring your hamster… Bring your hamster’s Gran.
It’s about turning 30 and loving adventure sports, there’s swearing, a bit where I pretend to be a Godzilla sort of thing for some reason- there’s something for everyone.

A. It would have to be a lesbian.

Terminator. Killer robots have motherboards too.

2. Since you’re a comedian, is there a lot of pressure to be funny on a first date?
Tons. The best thing to do is keep it a secret. Tell the poor thing you’re a tree surgeon or an athlete. That way any glimmer of amusement you squeeze out will be seen as a bonus.
6. When and/or why did you decide to become a comedian?
Well, I always made people laugh but I never intended to become a comedian. I just couldn’t dance around a pole at that bar any more back in Alabama because most of the people tip in coins. And quarters hurt when people throw them at you.
4. A movie that made you cry?
I don’t really watch films, there are too many women walking on, and things moving, and men wearing hats, I can’t keep up with them.
5. What do you do when you get sad?
We don’t get sad. Life is good. We do comedy for a living! We do a 7 hour week, we don’t have a boss and we can drink beer at work. We can’t believe our luck!
8. What do you want to be when you grow up?
An army (that was my stock answer aged 3 and I’m sticking with it).
